Have you ever cuddled a koala?

Obviously, not many international visitors would have experienced this. But then, neither have many of our local visitors had a chance to get up close and personal with one of these cuddly animals.

At the Australian Woolshed koalas and their young live in open leafy sanctuaries, allowing guests to obtain a great view of these wonderful animals from only metres away. Come and see young Alice Springs, our one-year-old female, and the grand dame of the Woolshed Sallyanne Atkinson, who turns 23 years this year. If you are really lucky one of our young joey’s in the maternity section may poke his head out of mums pouch to say hello.

If you can?t resist cuddling a koala after seeing these lovely animals, then the Woolshed staff will be only to happy to make this happen. Using the latest in digital photography equipment, our staff can offer you photos in minutes, placing your digital photo in a commemorative folder for you to treasure forever.

Or, if you are more technologically minded, you can get your photo downloaded onto a disc and then download it on your own PC at home, or send it to your friends. Keyrings, calendars and posters are also included in the range of photos available to you.
